3/27/19 - Detox Update & Dehydration AHA!

Symptoms: profuse sweating, body odor, dry eyes/hair/skin, muscle pain, head HUM, neuropathy, pretty much SAME symptoms as before EXPLANT surgery …

Since most of us continue to live with the debilitating symptoms that our ailing bodies succumb to daily, it should come as no surprise that the TOXIC bags can directly affect our ability to retain and distribute H2O efficiently which can cause a multitude of health problems, because WATER = LIFE! The fact remains that breast implants are large foreign objects that overwhelm and weaken the immune system, eventually creating a cascade of dysregulation in the body that may include autoantibodies and autoimmune diseases, endocrine dysfunction, thyroid/adrenal problems, gut dysbiosis, and MORE. This dysregulation of our systems is what can cause a malfunction of how the body regulates or distributes water. When it comes to HYDRATION, the body parts (organs, skin, bones, joints, etc) and body functions (nutrient absorption, digestion, blood pressure, etc) that are compromised go WAY BEYOND the annoyance of dry skin, dry eyes, or being thirsty all the time. Water intake is LIFE or 'lack of' is DEATH … LITERALLY! Those of us living with this illness need to be very conscious of our water intake and, more importantly, our body's ability to retain that water and electrolyte BALANCE in order to help our depleted and often damaged body systems function properly. Below I have listed what I will be adding to my DETOX program to better assist my body in hopes of decreasing my muscle pain and tightness as well as to help facilitate a more efficient healing process. Post Explant WEEK THREE:
(Italics = Added to previous week...additional supplements/exercise, etc)
> 100-120 OZ spring water DAILY with added SEA SALT to help my body RETAIN the fluids
> Bathing or SHOWERING 2-4 times DAILY to remove toxins from sweat and oily skin; mild exfoliation with washcloth and gentle skin brush; mild soap and bubble bath
> No deodorant or perfumes; mild body and face lotions (no fragrance); no makeup; no nail polish; no hair products
> Minimal external stimulation (limited family/friend visits, minimal TV and phone)
> Lots of REST, reading, PRAYER, meditation
> Deep breathing exercises
> Limited exercise (daily SLOW walk outside approx. 10-15 min) - sunlight & fresh air promotes HEALING :)
> Minimal house cleaning and ranch chores
> Eat or read OUTDOORS - Nature promotes HEALING :)
> Chew my food more thoroughly to help facilitate more efficient digestion and to avoid further stomach cramping
> Clean eating (avoiding processed foods and processed sugar, limited fruit, lots of VEGGIES)
> Daily GREEN DRINK (vitamins & minerals)
> Daily COCONUT WATER (potassium/electrolyte balance)
